HOW WE DO / Ts + Cs

Let's get started.
We will work together mostly over email, but I am happy to meet up with you to get started if you would prefer.
Send me through samples of what you like, with the theme/style + colours of your event and the package you'd like to go with. If you would like to customise your own package with different quantities and sizes etc, email me for a custom quote.
Please allow enough time to complete each package. You will receive Invites, RSVPs, Info and envelopes first (usually sent out to your guests 2-4 months before the Wedding). Ideally allow 4 weeks from concept to print. Remaining prints to be sent out 2-3 weeks before Wedding and Thank you cards to be sent out after your Wedding.
THE SERIOUS STUFF
A deposit is due before any artwork can commence. This deposit is non refundable. If you are not happy with the supplied artwork concepts after the deposit has been made and do not wish to continue with my services, no additional payment will be required.
If the package you chose is to be sent out in two or more print runs, an invoice will be issued and due before each run is sent off to print.
After you have approved all artwork and you have just the one print run, an invoice with the remaining amount will be emailed through and due before goods are printed and dispatched.
If more then 5 (drastically altered) proofs are required for Wedding and Bridal Shower packages, extra artwork charges will apply.
